Pocket Contacts
v0.2.2 · Self-hosted · MIT
Your address book, on every phone you own.
Pocket Contacts keeps every contact as the vCard your phone sent and syncs it to iPhone, Mac, Android and Thunderbird over CardDAV. Search that ignores accents, birthdays at a glance, address books shared with the household, and a page per person showing your meetings, notes and to-dos with them.
- Included in Pocket Box
- Sign in with Pocket Core
- Works with CardDAV and iCloud and Nextcloud

People
Everything about someone, in one place.
The list on the left, the person on the right: phone, email, address, birthday, labels and one-tap call, message, email or map. Editing on the web changes only the field you touched, so phone labels and pictures survive.

Birthdays
Never miss a birthday again.
Birthdays and anniversaries for the next twelve months, with how old someone turns and how soon. Subscribe to them as a calendar in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, Outlook or Pocket Calendar.
- Reminders through Apprise, ntfy or a webhook
- Anniversaries on the same list

Connected
What you have going on with someone.
Each person's page shows your meetings with them from Pocket Calendar, the notes that mention them, the projects they are on and your to-dos about them. Start a new event, note or reminder from there.
- New event invites them by email
- Remind me puts a call-back in Pocket Tasks

On your phone
A contact card that feels at home.
On a phone each person opens as a full card with big buttons to call, message, email or find them on a map. Add your iPhone by scanning a QR code in Settings, and the account shows up under Default Account.
- CardDAV for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Android (DAVx5) and Thunderbird
- Labels and Apple contact groups kept in sync

And the rest of it
Search that finds them
Names, nicknames, companies, emails, addresses and notes as you type, with accents and Cyrillic folded, and any digits of a phone number however it was written.
Bring everything in
Import .vcf files, Google and Outlook CSV, any CSV with a header row, or a zip of them, with a preview first and duplicates merged instead of doubled.
Nextcloud, iCloud and CardDAV
Connect an existing address book and import it once, or keep both sides in sync.
Shared address books
Share a book with someone on your server or with everyone, to read, write or manage. Duplicates are found by name, email and phone and merged field by field.
Install
One container, one volume.
Run the image, open it, create the first account, then add your phone from Settings, Phones & devices.
On a Pocket Box it is already installed and linked to Pocket Core.
