Statistics

See how your practice is going.

Minutes, practices, days practised, streaks and goal streaks, with plain-language patterns from your own practice, such as the technique that calms you most and your most reliable weekday.

Statistics for a month: 3 h 37 min over 27 practices, what stands out, and minutes per day against a 10 minute goalStatistics for a month: 3 h 37 min over 27 practices, what stands out, and minutes per day against a 10 minute goal

Breathe

Breathing patterns that explain themselves.

Box breathing, 4-7-8, coherent breathing, the physiological sigh and more, each with what it is good for and how to do it. A full-screen guide follows every phase, with soft sounds, an optional voice and vibration.

  • Choose a length from one minute to twenty
  • Make your own patterns with any phases, holds and labels

Meditate

A timer with bells and company.

Set a length, a warm-up, start, interval and end bells and a background sound, then sit in silence or with guidance. Save the timers you use.

  • Bowl, bell, chime, gong and wood block, all synthesised
  • Rain, ocean, stream, noise, a fire, or a Navidrome playlist
  • Guided styles from breath focus and body scan to loving-kindness

The Path

Seven stages, one lesson at a time.

Arrive, Settle, Steady, Notice, Feel, Open and Still: four lessons each, a short teaching and one practice, growing from three minutes of noticing the breath to twenty minutes of silent sitting.

  • Courses too: Breathe better, Sleep well and Stress reset
  • Levels and milestones for minutes, streaks and finished stages

And the rest of it

  • A journal of every practice

Length, how calm you felt before and after, notes and tags. Add practices done elsewhere by hand and export to CSV or JSON.

  • Gentle reminders

At your times on your days, skipped once the goal is met, plus a nudge before a streak ends, through Apprise, ntfy or a webhook.

  • With your other Pocket apps

Mindful minutes go to Pocket Health and heart rate variability and sleep come back for the statistics; a day's practice can tick a habit in Pocket Habits.

  • Everyone their own

Each person has their own practice, settings and connections. Admins see no one else's.
