Pocket Health
v0.2.3 · Self-hosted · MIT
Your health data, kept on your own server.
Pocket Health collects what your phone and watch record, every metric and nothing dropped, and keeps it on your server. Steps, heart rate, sleep stages, workouts, weight and medications, with goals, streaks and trends you can actually read.
- Included in Pocket Box
- Sign in with Pocket Core
- Works with Apple Health and Health Auto Export and Dawarich

Today
The whole day on one page.
Rings for your goals, the latest reading of each metric with a small chart, last night's sleep with its stages, this week's workouts, doses still due and recent symptoms, with the weather of the day.

Sleep
Every night, stage by stage.
Each night shows when you went to bed and got up, time asleep and in bed, and the deep, core, REM and awake stages. A chart shows the nights against your sleep goal.
- Bedtime regularity and a score for each night
- Seven days up to a year, or everything

Workouts
Workouts with the numbers that matter.
Every session with its duration, distance, pace, energy and heart rate, grouped by kind and counted per week.
- Each workout's route on a map, from Pocket Movement or Dawarich
- The weather it was in, and the elevation

Insights
Trends, not just numbers.
Every metric's daily average against the period before, with the change and the best day. Insights also cover weekday patterns, workouts by kind, sleep regularity and your days split by the weather.
- Correlations between your days, such as caffeine and sleep
- A weekly recap in words through Pocket AI or your own OpenAI key

And the rest of it
From your phone
The Pocket Homelab app reads Apple Health and sends what is new, also in the background. Health Auto Export works too.
Imports and the API
Upload Apple Health's export.zip, however large, import CSV from a scale, post from Shortcuts or scripts, or log a reading by hand.
Goals and medications
Goals with rings and streaks, and medications with a schedule, reminders when a dose is due, stock that counts down and adherence.
Strictly per person
Everyone has their own data, goals, medications and connections. Admins manage accounts, not what is in them.
Install
One container, one volume.
Run the image with a data folder and open it on port 8080. Create the first account, then connect the phone or import an export under Settings, Phone and imports.
Already installed on a Pocket Box, where paired phones send their data without any setup.
docker run -d --name pocket-health -p 8080:8080 -v ./data:/data \
-e BASE_URL=https://health.example.com -e SECURE_COOKIES=true \
