Pocket Time
v0.1.1 · Self-hosted · MIT
One timer for everything you spend time on.
Pocket Time is the timer the Pocket apps share. Start it here, on an issue in Pocket Projects, on a song in Pocket Guitar or a deck in Pocket Learn, and stop it from any of them. The time those apps keep themselves comes in too, so your whole week is in one list.
- Included in Pocket Box
- Sign in with Pocket Core

Timer
Today, this week and what is running.
The running timer with its project and the issue it belongs to, today and this week against your targets, the projects of the week and the time each app logged, above the day's entries.

Your apps
Where the week went, by app.
Practice in Pocket Guitar, sittings in Pocket Still, study in Pocket Learn and time on issues in Pocket Projects are brought in every 15 minutes, read-only and without counting anything twice.
- Stop the timer here and the time is logged on the song or the issue too
- Only one timer runs; starting another asks whether to switch
- A push after a few hours if you forgot to stop it

Entries
Every entry, a week at a time.
Entries are grouped by day with what each was for and which app it came from. Filter by project, app or words, add time by hand, edit an entry, or continue it with one click.
- Projects with a colour, client, hourly rate and weekly target
- Import CSV exports from Toggl, Clockify, Kimai or Harvest
- Each person has their own timer, entries and projects

Reports
Billable hours without a spreadsheet.
Any period by day, stacked by project, with the total, the average per day, billable hours and the amount at your rates. Break it down by project, app, item or tag.
- This week, last week, a month, a year or any range
- Rounding to 6, 15 or 30 minutes, and a CSV export
- A short look back written by Pocket AI or your own OpenAI key

And the rest of it
Start it from anywhere
Pick a song, an issue, a deck, a meditation or a client in Pocket Invoicing, and the same timer runs everywhere until you stop it.
Rates and targets
Mark a project billable with an hourly rate, give it a weekly target, and the home page shows how far along you are.
Everyone their own
Each person has their own timer, entries, projects and connections. Admins manage accounts and see no one else's time.
Bring your history
Import the CSV export from Toggl, Clockify, Kimai or Harvest as it is, and export your own entries as CSV.
Install
One container, one volume.
Pocket Time is a single Go binary with one SQLite file. Start it, open it, create the first account and start a timer. It works on its own; with Pocket Core the other Pocket apps share the timer through app links, with nothing to paste.
On a Pocket Box it is already installed and connected to the other Pocket apps.
